Job Description:
We are looking for a Fronter (Customer Service Representative) to join our dynamic team and be the first point of contact for our customers. As a Fronter, you will engage with customers, provide solutions to their inquiries, and ensure their needs are addressed with professionalism and care. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, solving problems, and delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the first point of contact for customers .
Assist customers by providing information about products, services, or warranty coverage.
Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot basic issues, and offer effective solutions.
Accurately document customer interactions and update information in our CRM or ticketing system.
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and escalate complex cases to appropriate teams or supervisors.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer care in all interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, sales, billing) to resolve customer issues effectively.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the outcome.
Qualifications:
Education: Matric & Intermediate
Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and empathetically.
Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on providing practical solutions.
Teamwork: Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
