Responsibilities:

· Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and demands

· Answer customer support queries and calls in a professional manner

· Research required information using available resources

· Accurately manage and resolve customer issues

· Route calls to the appropriate resource

· Adhere to standard operating procedures required by the process and organization

Job Requirements:

• O Levels/Matric or above
• Excellent English Written and Verbal Communication
• Able to use computer and office programs.
• Strong interpersonal skills. Sales representatives need a mix of both verbal communication and listening skills
• Neutral accent
