We are a full-service CPA and business consulting firm with an office in Wesley Chapel, Florida, USA. We provide a broad range of bookkeeping services and specialize in accounting, payroll, incorporation, and individual and corporate tax for small to mid-size businesses.

What you will do:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive excellent service by handling inquiries, resolving billing concerns, and providing clear communication with professionalism and efficiency. This position requires excellent English-speaking skills. Please do not apply if your English is anything less than exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and concerns.
  • Resolve billing issues accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and explaining charges to customers.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while managing customer complaints or escalations.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of issues.
  • Record customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.

Note

  • This is a virtual (work-from-home) position, and you will be required to work for 8 hours, five days a week, adhering to the U.S. Eastern Time Zone from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. This currently corresponds to Pakistan time from 7 p.m. to 3 a.m.

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of demonstrated experience talking to foreign customers (native English speakers) on the phone is a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate fluently and clearly in the English language.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle billing inquiries accurately.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic billing processes is a plus.
  • Candidates with an accounting background are required.
